Haircut

Ava's hair was getting out of control and always in her face. So it was time to trim her bangs. We went to this cut little place called Pigtails & Crew Cuts. Ava was surprisingly a good girl. I was shocked because she never let me trim her hair and its a battle trying to put it in a ponytail.

 I pretty sure Ava wont mind coming back. The lady gave her a lollipop and 3 bracelets.

1st for Everything

This weekend was Ryan's 1st ever weekend to have full time daddy duty. I had a "Girls Weekend" with my college best friends/sorority sisters. I'll have to admit I was a tad worried a few days leading up to my trip. I had all the confidence in Ryan, but it was the "what if's" I kept thinking about. Mostly what if she got sick or woke up in the middle of the night. She is a total mommy's girl in those situations and I can easily calm her down or comfort her better than Ryan. Ryan on the other hand wasn't worried one bit. He was actually looking forward to daddy, daughter weekend.


Well, well…. Ryan did a great job! They had so much fun. Ryan kept Ava busy & happy the whole time. They ran errands, went to the mall, splash pad, out for breakfast and had a nice visit from aunt Rach. Ryan even kept me posted on all the fun by sending pictures of Ava through out the weekend.  

Family Fun

This weekend Ryan hosted a Diaper Party for my brother at my parents house. It was a HUGE success and we got plenty of family time in.
