Big Boy

My handsome hunk-a-chunk is 11 weeks 2 days AND slept ALL Night from 10 to 8. Ava STILL doesn't sleep that well. 

Playtime

My big boy is growing up too fast.  He loves to play on his playmat. 

Working the Fields

Gramps garden is in full bloom. This year he has a little helper. As soon as we get to my parents house Ava can't wait to check out the garden and help Gramps get the vegetables.

Fathers Day Fun

Fathers Day weekend we decided to stay at South Shore Harbor near Kemah. We left Nathan with my parents since he is too little to stay out in the heat. So Ava got plenty of one-on-one time with us. It was very special and much needed. She enjoyed every minute. When we asked her if she missed her brother she touched her thumb and pointer finger together and said, "this much". In other words No. Lol. Silly girl. We told her when he gets older they will have fun together and play all the time. 

On Fathers Day Tito made crawfish and we watch way too much sports (World Cup, Astros, Spurs vs. Heat...and even NASCAR).

It was a great weekend!! Love quality family time with the BEST Fathers in my life. 

Library Time

We are officially library members in Fushear. Ava loved her 1st visit to the library. We even joined in "story time". 

With the summer heat in full force we will visit the library a lot this summer. 

Love? Hate?

Some days I think Teddy loves being Ava's "honey bunny" others I think he hates it.

Nathan is 2 Months

Weight: I bet he is 14lbs

Wears: size 3 and even some 3 to 6

Diaper: size 2

Formula: enfamil newborn

Offer 6oz 1st bottle about 5am- he drinks about 5

Then he wakes up about 8 and I offer 8oz bottle at 8, 12, 4 and last at 8. He drinks anywhere from 6 to 8oz each feeding. Total of about 32oz a day. AKA he is a little chunk!

Health: great! Baby acne has cleared up. No more cradle cap. I'm just monitoring how much he is laying on each side of his head. He has a flat spot on his head, but Peditrican said not to worry. Once he can lift his head, roll, crawl, etc. it will even out on it own. 

Routine: Up about 8. Feeding. Up for about 1:30 to 2 hours (he is so happy and best time to chat). Little cat nap. Up for a little then noon feeding. Play. Nap. Feeding. Long nap. Then pretty much up all evening, a cat nap or 2, bath, bottle, bed about 9. Sleeping through the night VERY Good. Either up at @ 2/3 then 7/8 or does get up until 5ish and up at 7/8.
