Arturo R. Ramirez, 81, was born on July 18, 1938 in Ingleside, Texas and entered into rest on Tuesday, May 12, 2020. Arturo was the son of Alfredo and Delfina Ramirez and resided in Ingleside until 1981. He then moved to Corpus Christi until recently, where he spent his final years in La Porte, Texas with his family.
Arturo was a devoted man of faith and a parishioner of Lady of Assumption in Ingleside, TX. He was not only a member but even physically helped build the church. Arturo was friends with anyone he came in contact with. He enjoyed fishing, sports, western movies, and scratch offs. His greatest joys, however, were his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and siblings. Arturo is survived by his children, Sally Villa (Rudy), Arturo Ramirez Jr. (Albert), Aida Ramirez, Adan Ramirez (Kathy), Armando Ramirez (Tammy), Augustine Ramirez (Eric), and Ann Marie Salinas; his 13 grandchildren, and 27 great grandchildren.
