Another one in the books! This year we went back to New
Branfels and stayed at our favorite spot – Hideout on the Guadalupe. It’s the perfect
location and has direct/private access to the river. Ava is at the perfect age
to really enjoy vacations. This little girl stays up late, has fun all day and
sleeps in. She had a great 1ST experience at. Schlitterbahn.
She “again” refused to wear a life jacket/floaties so she stayed in the little
kids area. This was also Ryan’s 1st experience at Schlitterbahn so I
had to show him the whole park. He loved the rides!! We definitely plan to make
the water park an annual stop. The remaining time was very low key. We floated
the river and floated in front of our cabins. Ava finally put on a life jacket
and she floated with us. She loved it and thought she was so cool/big girl.
I just LOVE good quality family time!
